Construction Laborer

The Construction Laborer will support residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects through hands-on site preparation, material handling, concrete support, and general crew assistance. Reporting to the site foreman, this role requires local travel between jobsites and a strong commitment to maintaining safe, clean, and organized work areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction sites for daily work activities.
• Handle, stage, and move construction materials.
• Assist with concrete preparation and placement activities.
• Remove debris and maintain clean, organized jobsites.
• Clean and maintain construction equipment and tools.
• Follow jobsite safety requirements and compliance procedures.
• Support crew members and complete tasks assigned by the site foreman.
• Travel locally between residential, commercial, and industrial jobsites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in construction labor.
• Possession of full personal protective equipment, including a hardhat, gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe boots.
