Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to provide radiation therapy treatments to cancer patients using advanced medical equipment. The ideal candidate should be compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively with the oncology team.

Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Operate radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately.
• Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort during treatments.
• Monitor patients during procedures and report any concerns.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Completion of an AMA-approved Radiation Therapy program.
• Active California Certified Radiologic Technologist license.
• ARRT Radiation Therapy (T) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
