Physician - Locum Tenens Radiation Oncologist - Grand Forks, ND (MG)

We are seeking a Board Certified Radiation Oncologist for a Locum Tenens vacation/LOA coverage role at a dedicated cancer center clinic.

Assignment Details & Schedule

• Assignment Dates: October 26, 2026 – June 30, 2027 (35 Weeks / Specific Coverage Dates)
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00, 8-hour shifts / 40 hours per week with a 30-minute meal duration)
• Coverage Dates Needed:

  • Nov 30, 2026 – Dec 4, 2026 (08:00 – 17:00)
  • Dec 21, 2026 – Dec 24, 2026 (08:00 – 17:00)
  • Dec 28, 2026 – Dec 31, 2026 (08:00 – 17:00)
• Call Schedule: No call required
• Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Caseload & Volume: Estimated 18 – 24 patients per day
• Equipment & Systems: Accuray equipment (Tomotherapy machine and Radixact; transitioning to Varian Linac). EMR/OIS uses Mosaiq (transitioning to Aria).
• Support Staff: 2 Physicists, 2 Dosimetrists, 4 Radiation Therapists, 1 Radiation Oncology APP, 1 Nurse, and Patient Access support

Requirements

• Board Certification: Board Certified in Radiation Oncology required
• Licensure: Active North Dakota State Medical License required (IMLC compact accepted with easily transferable DEA)

Travel & Expenses

• Flight: Up to $1,200 round trip approved
• Rental Car: Daily max $55 / up to $300 per week standard car
• Housing: Preferred hotels include SpringHill Suites, Staybridge Suites, Hampton Inn, and La Quinta.
