Process Technician - All Shifts

Responsible for monitoring and controlling die casting processes, including machine parameters, die lubrication, metal and die temperatures, and tie-bar loading. Supports troubleshooting, process audits, corrective actions, and tracking equipment life cycles. Works with production teams to establish and maintain process standards that ensure quality and efficiency. Candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, math skills, and the ability to interpret graphs, scales, and process relationships. Experience with Toshiba die cast machines is a plus.

Process Technician - All Shifts Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $25.00 /annually
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

• Monitor and adjust die cast process parameters
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues
• Perform process audits and corrective actions
• Track machine performance and tooling life cycles
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with production and quality teams
• Maintain process documentation and standards
• Help drive safety, quality, and efficiency goals

Process Technician - All Shifts Qualifications:

• Die cast process experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret process data and measurements
• Understanding of quality standards and manufacturing processes
• Computer proficiency and basic math skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with die cast machinery and related equipment
• Toshiba machine experience preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
