Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000–$89,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide rehabilitation for work-related injuries and orthopedic conditions.
• Support functional recovery, ergonomic safety, and return-to-work programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate electronic patient documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MPT, or MSPT).
• Eligible for state licensure; Iowa license preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good computer skills and electronic documentation experience.
• 2+ years of experience preferred; New graduates are welcome.
