Job Title – Assembler

Shift: 1st Shift 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM

            2nd Shift 3 :30 PM – 12 AM

Location – 1000 Technology Drive, West Columbia, SC 29170 

Duration – 3+ months

Pay Rates - $ 18/ hr - $20/hr on W2

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret work orders, assembly drawings, schematics, and production documents.
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products to specifications.
• Perform soldering, crimping, riveting, fastening, and rework as required.
• Conduct inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs.
• Identify and report defects, maintain quality records, and follow manufacturing standards.
• Set up workstations, maintain tools and equipment, and follow safety procedures.
• Support process improvements and assist in training new operators.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and inspection equipment.
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Basic computer, measurement, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
