Physical Therapist (PT) - Clinic Manager | Leadership Opportunity

Location: Sioux City, IA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $77,500–$105,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality physical therapy care to patients.
• Lead and support the clinic team while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Assist with daily clinic operations and overall clinic performance.
• Collaborate with therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Support staff development, clinical excellence, and efficient operations.
• Handle problem-solving and independent clinical decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Iowa PT license preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous Clinic Manager experience is preferred but not required.

Leadership Development

• Clinic Manager training and ongoing coaching.
