Adecco Staffing is currently hiring a Compounder / Pre-Weigher for a growing manufacturing facility in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, food production, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or nutraceutical experience who are looking for a stable, long-term career opportunity.

The Compounder / Pre-Weigher is responsible for accurately weighing, staging, and blending raw materials according to batch records and production formulas. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience working in a GMP-regulated environment, and the ability to follow strict quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh and stage raw materials according to batch sheets and production formulas

• Verify lot numbers, ingredient specifications, and quantities

• Operate scales, mixers, blenders, and related processing equipment

• Follow GMP, SOP, and safety procedures at all times

• Complete production logs, inventory records, and batch documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment

• Assist with material handling and inventory transactions

• Report quality, safety, and equipment issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred

• Experience in food, dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly desired

• Familiarity with batch records, formulations, and ingredient weighing processes

• Experience working in a GMP/FDA-regulated environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Comfortable standing, walking, and working throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
