Since 1947, Kilwins has been creating memorable Guest experiences through handcrafted chocolates, Mackinac Island Fudge, caramel apples, and our famous Original Recipe ice cream.

We’re looking for friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Retail Associates who enjoy working with people, take pride in excellent service, and want to be part of a fun, welcoming team.

What You’ll Do:

As a Kilwins Confectionery Retail Associate, you’ll help create memorable Guest experiences while supporting daily store operations. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Welcome Guests warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selections.

Scoop and serve our premium Original Recipe ice cream.

Prepare fresh waffle cones and waffle bowls.

Assist with preparing, packaging, and displaying chocolates, fudge, caramel apples, and other confections.

Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.

Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and welcoming store.

Follow food safety, sanitation, and product quality standards.

Restock products and supplies as needed.

Work closely with teammates and assist during busy periods.

Help with opening, closing, and other daily store responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of customer service, retail, or food service experience.

A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Dependability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed.

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and pride in product quality, cleanliness, and Guest service.

Willingness to learn new skills and follow company procedures.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on food service tasks.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Able to work in an environment with high temperatures
• Able to work in an environment with low temperatures
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Available to work: holidays
• Available to work: early morning
• Available to work: late at night
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: overtime
• Available to work: weekdays
