APEX Placement and Consulting has partnered with a leading manufacturer of metal building products seeking an experienced Robotic Welder Operator to join their growing team in Springdale, AR! This is an excellent opportunity for someone with robotic welding experience who enjoys working with advanced manufacturing equipment, troubleshooting machinery, and producing high-quality welded components.

What your day will look like:
- Set up, operate, program, and maintain robotic welding equipment
- Load and unload materials into robotic welding cells
- Monitor robotic welding operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and report mechanical issues
- Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and specifications
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Perform manual welding on areas that cannot be completed by robotic equipment
- Prepare, position, and align materials for welding using measuring tools and fixtures
- Operate welding equipment, grinders, plasma cutters, and other fabrication tools
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welded components
- Identify opportunities to improve welding processes and production efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow established welding procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Assist with additional production responsibilities as needed
What you need to be successful:
- Minimum of 2 years of robotic welding experience - BeamMaster experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Robotic Arc Welder Operator
- Ability to pass an AWS D1.1 welding qualification test for unlimited thickness in the 2G position
- Experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting robotic welding systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and welding symbols
- Knowledge of welding processes, equipment, and quality standards
- Experience using measuring tools, including tape measures, squares, and weld gauges
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to perform manual welding and inspect completed welds
- Crane and forklift certification, if applicable
- Ability to lift up to 35–55 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work additional shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
