ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my State Farm agency in 2011 after working as a sales representative in the transportation industry. I always wanted to own my own business, and becoming a State Farm Agent gave me the opportunity to build something of my own while helping people protect what matters most. I’ve been married for 31 years and have two children, and family is a big part of what matters to me.

Giving back to the community is important to me, and I’m proud to support multiple local schools and organizations. I believe in being involved in the communities we serve and making a positive difference wherever we can.

My agency offers PTO, starting with five days in your first year and increasing to ten days in your second year, along with a $50 monthly contribution toward life insurance. I want to create a workplace where people can learn, grow, and feel supported.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager for Chad Winn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
