Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing emotional support and compassion to our residents and their families

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care

• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participating in quarterly in-service training and Continuing Education programs

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize tasks

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
