Facilities Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities of the Facilities & Maintenance Manager:

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of facility infrastructure, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, compressed air, parking lots, grounds, and general building systems.
• Manage and support maintenance personnel in the execution of preventive maintenance programs, equipment repairs, troubleshooting activities, and facility improvement projects.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure facility maintenance, repairs, inspections, and projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Manage facility-related capital projects, equipment installations, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades while minimizing disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Maintain maintenance inventories, spare parts, tools, consumables, janitorial supplies, and service records required to support facility and equipment reliability.
• Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs, hazardous materials management, safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance requirements including applicable reporting and documentation.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Production, Quality, and other departments to identify maintenance priorities, improve equipment reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
