Become a part of a company with a strong legacy and a commitment to employee growth! We are seeking a Painter Helper for our 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shift team.

Essential Duties:
As a Paint Line Helper, you’ll play a crucial role in our production process by helping:

• Loading/Unloading: Hanging and removing parts of various sizes from the line.
• Masking & Protecting: Preparing parts by masking areas that need protection.
• Packaging & Labeling: Ensuring parts are securely packaged, labeled, and protected from damage.
• Quality Control: Properly identifying and tagging each part to meet our quality standards.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Range: $22.00 per hour
• Shift: 1st Shift – Mon-Thur. 6:00am – 4:30pm. 2nd Shift - Mon - Thurs. 4:30pm - 3:00am and Weekend Shift Fri. – Sun. 6:00am – 4:30pm
• 15% shift differential for 2nd shift and 20% shift differential for weekend shift.
