About the Role:
Aura One Hospice is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team in Temecula, CA. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services to hospice patients in the home setting, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and comfort
• Monitor and document patient condition changes and report to the supervising nurse
• Support patients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in alignment with each individual's hospice care plan

Requirements:

• Valid California Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits in the Temecula area
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-focused demeanor
• TB clearance and ability to pass a background check
