Now Hiring: Hose Assembly Technician

Location: Arden Hills, MN

Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: $20/hr

Employment Type: Full-Time, Trial-to-Hire!

Join a manufacturing team specializing in custom hydraulic hose assemblies! We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual with manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing quality products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble custom hydraulic hose assemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Measure and cut hoses to the correct lengths.
• Select, install, and crimp fittings using hand tools and equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and pressure testing when required.
• Verify measurements, label products, and package finished assemblies.
• Follow safety procedures and meet production and quality standards.

What makes you a great fit:

• At least 3 years of industrial assembly or manufacturing experience.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure and convert decimals to fractions.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written instructions.
• Hydraulic hose assembly experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift, bend, twist, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
