About the Role:
Aura One Hospice is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing team in Hemet, CA. Responsibilities:

• Monitor and document patient symptoms, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the supervising RN or physician
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families regarding end-of-life care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with hospice regulations

Requirements:

• Current and active LVN license in the state of California
• Previous hospice, home health, or palliative care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate bedside manner
• Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload in the field
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• CPR certification required
