Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Position Summary The Mechanic is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and machinery. Successful candidates will have mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities - Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed.
- Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and reduce downtime.
- Replace worn or defective parts, components, and systems.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders.
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Previous mechanical maintenance experience preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, and production equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more as required.
- Climb ladders and work in elevated areas when necessary.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
- Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and machinery.
- Wear required PPE throughout the shift.
