• NOC Shift 6:00pm-6:00am

• $4/hr – Days (Mon–Thu, 6a–2p)

• $6/hr – Evenings (Mon–Thu, 2p–10p)

• $8/hr – Nights (Mon–Thu, 10p–6a)

• $9/hr – Weekends (Fri 6a–Sun 10p)

• Provide nursing care and administer medications

• Support residents’ daily health and well-being

• Work collaboratively with the care team

• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions

• Maintain a safe, compliant care environment

• Current Oregon LPN license in good standing

• Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience

• Knowledge of nursing practices and regulations

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
