We’re looking for an experienced MIG Welder who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and knows how to turn technical specifications into reliable finished products.

If you have manufacturing welding experience and want a consistent four-day workweek with three-day weekends, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Operate MIG welding equipment to weld steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop work orders to assemble components accurately.
• Prepare and clean metal surfaces before welding, then inspect finished work.
• Check weld quality, identify imperfections, and make adjustments to achieve the required results.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while following established safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

• Welding experience: At least 3 years of MIG welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Blueprint reading: The ability to interpret blueprints, follow shop work orders, and understand finished-product specifications.
• Quality and troubleshooting: The ability to identify and correct weld flaws and structural imperfections in metal components.
• Manual dexterity: Steady hands and good control to produce consistent, quality welds.
• Physical capability: The ability to lift and safely hold heavy metal pieces during welding tasks.
• Stamina: The ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Schedule availability: The ability to work the day shift starting at 4:00 AM.
• Work authorization: Eligibility to work in the United States.
