The VIG is getting ready to open the doors to our newest location in Paradise Valley, and we are looking for energetic, passionate, and hospitality-driven individuals to join us!

If you love great food, great drinks, and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for greeting guests with warmth, managing the waitlist, and coordinating seating to keep the dining room and kitchen running at a smooth, steady pace.

• Warmly greet arriving guests immediately, estimate wait times accurately, and escort guests to their tables.
• Manage the seating chart and reservation system strategically to pace the kitchen and prevent server burnout.
• Answer phone calls to handle reservation inquiries, answer general questions, and take phone-in takeout orders.
• Keep the lobby and host stand clean, organized, and stocked with menus.
• Bid departing guests a warm farewell and check in on their experience as they leave.
