Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're looking for a caring, loving nanny with infant experience for our baby boy (our second!). We're looking for someone to start full time in early January, date is negotiable. The baby will be about 4. 5 months old. Location: Pacifica Schedule: MF, 8 hrs a day, 40 hrs/week guaranteed Rate: $30+ based on experience Benefits: PTO and sick days Duties: baby care only, no household or cooking duties. The nanny should be comfortable with parents working from home; we also have a big dog (no dog duties needed), and a toddler (he is in preschool full time). We're looking for a long-term commitment. We are looking for someone who speaks at least basic English.
