Babysitter

8-year-old has special needs and occasionally in need of extra grace. Kids are active with extracurricular activities out of the home (eg soccer, church school) and in-home (eg OT, speech therapy). Ideally would like someone bilingual willing to be supportive of our efforts to learn Spanish. Want someone who can help keep the house clean/organized without enabling those who mess it up. If FT hours required, we might be able to accommodate (and certainly if provider capable of performing personal assistant type tasks).
