Dependable Home Health of Nevada is seeking an experienced, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing Home Health team serving Northwest Las Vegas.

What You'll Do

• Perform skilled nursing visits throughout Northwest Las Vegas

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations

• Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care

• Provide wound care, medication management, and other skilled nursing treatments

• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians

• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medications, and home safety

• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable home health regulations

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous Home Health nursing experience required

• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
