Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist) to evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, and functional limitations, helping improve mobility, restore function, manage pain, and enhance quality of life.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

• Completion of an accredited Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency.

• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

• Active Arizona medical license or ability to meet licensing requirements before starting.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in rehabilitation medicine, pain management, or physical disability care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and physical disabilities.

• Develop individualized rehabilitation and treatment plans.

• Diagnose and manage pain and functional limitations.

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Coordinate rehabilitation services with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

• Educate patients and families on recovery, mobility, and rehabilitation goals.

• Maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation.

• Follow patient safety standards, clinical guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.
