Housekeeper Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I would like to go over what needs done since it will differ each time. I cannot do a set day of the week as my schedule fluctuates. I would prefer start time to be between 8-10 a.m. Around 3 to 4 hours is needed. Would like someone who could also help me spray around the house a couple times a year. I would compensate for that as well but if not that is alright. I have a little house too. It is mostly gym equipment. I am very laid back and easy to talk to. If things go well I would like to make every other week but to start once a month.
