What You’ll Do

• Drive & Deliver: Safely operate our box trucks on local delivery and pickup routes, consistently hitting scheduled delivery windows.
• Be the Face of the Company: Represent All American Party Rentals on-site—greeting clients with an upbeat, professional attitude and delivering excellent service.
• Setup & Teardown: Load, transport, set up, and dismantle event equipment (tents, tables, chairs, staging, linens) at various client venues.
• Warehouse Operations: Inspect, organize, clean, and sanitize returned rental equipment so it’s pristine and ready for the next event.
• Maintain Equipment & Space: Keep trucks, loading zones, and warehouse areas safe, orderly, and clean.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliability & Punctuality: An event can't wait on a late truck. You show up on time for every shift because you understand how important your role is to our customers' special days.
• Old-School Work Ethic: You take pride in doing things right, keeping your gear organized, and seeing a job through from start to finish.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting, carrying, loading, and moving heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs repeatedly) throughout your shift.
• License & MVR: Valid California Driver’s License with a clean, safe driving record.
• Weekend Availability: The event industry thrives Friday through Sunday—weekend shifts are required.
• Communication & Attitude: Friendly, customer-focused, and proactive about communicating with the main office if route adjustments or delays happen.
• Bonus Points: Prior experience in local delivery, moving, warehouse work, or event hospitality is a plus, but if you have the right attitude and work ethic, we will train you!
