Job Description
The School Sisters of St. Francis in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a Catholic Women’s Religious Community, and non-profit organization is looking for a part-time Food Service Aide.
18 hours per pay period (9 hours per week). Hours are 3:00pm-6:00pm on scheduled days (3 days per week including every other weekend).
1+ year of experience in Food Service is required.
Must be able to work every other Saturday/Sunday as well as other scheduled days from 3:00pm-6:00pm.
The Food Service Aide is responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary work areas, preparing and portioning salads and desserts and serving residents in several different dining settings. The Food Service Aide is responsible for assisting in the setting up and clean-up of the dining areas, cleaning and sanitizing equipment and stocking work areas to prepare for the next shift.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent or working towards High School diploma and/or GED equivalent and 16 years of age or over. One year elated experience in food service setting required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
Serv-Safe certification desired.
Pay starting at $18+ per hour based on experience.
