Manufacturing Utility Associate

MANUFACTURING UTILITY ASSOCIATE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: others may be assigned.

1.    Grinds scrap into appropriate containers.

2.    Completes required paperwork, e.g., work order report, production tracking sheet, etc.

3.    Performs daily, weekly, and monthly checks for machine up-keep.

4.    Completes Maintenance Request Form for machine repair as needed.

5.    Performs quality checks for materials grind.

6.    Operates machinery in a safe manner.

7.       Keeps area around the slitting machine clean and free of debris.

8.    Empty’s Cutting’s Scrap carts.

9.    Empty’s trash carts throughout the plant.

10.  Sweeps Fusion and other areas as needed.

11.  Operates floor cleaning equipment as needed.

CERTIFICATION, EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:

Minimum: High school diploma or GED required; position will be required to perform basic math; and must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
