Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Shift: Weekend Shift Friday - Sunday 6pm-6am

Job Summary: The Operations Supervisor oversees and coordinates activities related to pick, pack, or shipping operations. This role ensures efficient workflow, maintains quality standards, manages a team of warehouse associates, and ensures that safety protocols are strictly followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehouse operations, including order picking, or packing, or shipping processes.
• Manage and motivate a team of warehouse associates, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor productivity and workflow to meet operational targets and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and adherence to quality control standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate with inventory control teams to address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to ensure seamless handoffs between shifts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit shift reports detailing performance metrics, challenges, and improvements.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environment.
• Experience in pick, pack, and shipping operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
• CPU experience preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Prolonged standing, walking, and manual handling of goods.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature, noise levels).
