Job Description
Our Client is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for its Houston TX facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience supervising the daily operations in a warehouse, leading a team, shipping, receiving, quality control, productivity, and logistics duties internationally and domestically between Mexico and the US. Position requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently 75 pounds, and occasionally up to100 pounds. Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite, WMS, SharePoint, and ERP systems required. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. This role is responsible for the daily supervision of the warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory management, the delegation of work orders, ensuring production and quality goals are met, along with logistics operations to ensure safe, clean, efficient, and accurate performance.
