Field Technician

The Field Technician services low-voltage equipment through preventive maintenance routes, reactive service calls, commissioning, and field inspections. Reporting to the Field Service Manager, this role documents technical work, prepares service reports, and supports reliable equipment performance without requiring overnight travel. Advancement opportunities include Senior Technician and Technical Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on low-voltage equipment.
• Respond to reactive service calls and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Conduct field inspections and commissioning activities.
• Prepare accurate technical documentation and service reports.
• Communicate service findings and recommendations to the Field Service Manager.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
