Data Migration & Integration Specialist – SAP SuccessFactors

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Data Migration & Integration Specialist to lead data migration, interface development, and system integration for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations. The ideal candidate has strong SAP integration expertise, public sector experience, and the ability to mentor staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data migration, interfaces, and integrations for SuccessFactors EC implementations.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, and non-SAP systems.
• Utilize SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Integration Center.
• Create data mapping, technical design, and specification documents.
• Coordinate data loads, extracts, dependencies, and production support.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and mentor staff for ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data migration, interfaces, and system integration.
• Experience leading data migration and integration for a recent SuccessFactors implementation.
• Participation in at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations, including production support.
• Functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and SAP ECC HCM/FI.
• Hands-on experience with CPI, Integration Center, and SAP/non-SAP integrations.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred: Public sector experience and ABAP programming skills.
