Experienced Part Time Office Cleaner North Miami and Aventura

Terminal Cleaning Solutions is seeking an experienced, dependable cleaner for ONE combined part-time position covering three offices in North Miami and Aventura.

COMPLETE ASSIGNMENT: 18 HOURS PER WEEK
Aventura-area office near West Dixie Highway and NE 198th Street (33180): three 3-hour visits weekly. Monday and Wednesday after 6:00 p.m. are required. The third visit may be completed Friday after 6:00 p.m. or Saturday. Total: 9 hours weekly.
Second office in the same Aventura-area building: two 3-hour visits weekly. Tuesday after 6:00 p.m. is required; the second visit may be completed Friday after 6:00 p.m. or Saturday. Total: 6 hours weekly.
North Miami office near Biscayne Boulevard and NE 111th Street (33161): one 3-hour visit weekly, Friday after 4:00 p.m. or Saturday. Total: 3 hours weekly.
Friday/Saturday visits will follow an agreed schedule. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening availability is required.

Pay is $15 per hour, totaling $270 per week before taxes. One person must accept ALL 18 HOURS and ALL THREE OFFICES as one combined position. Assignments are not offered separately.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous paid professional cleaning experience; own reliable transportation; ability to clean thoroughly, safely and independently; professional references.

SMARTPHONE AND TIMEKEEPING APP: REQUIRED
Must have a compatible smartphone and be comfortable using required mobile applications on your own phone. Once implemented, use the app to clock in and out and verify work-related location and time at each jobsite. This is non-negotiable.

COMMUTE REQUIREMENT: NO EXCEPTIONS
Home must be within a maximum 30-minute one-way drive of EVERY worksite under typical traffic conditions for the agreed shifts, including the return commute. Consider gas, tolls and travel time. Provide nearest major home intersection, roads/routes, toll use and expected minutes each way to both physical sites. Route verification is required in BOTH screening rounds.
