PrideStaff - Greenville is seeking honest, dependable, and active Line Support Material Handlers for an immediate entry-level opportunity with a premier business customer in the Pelham Road area of Greenville, SC.

In this entry-level material handler role (no forklift required!), you will play a crucial part on the shop floor by keeping active production lines fully stocked with raw materials and components. We are looking for reliable team players who take pride in maintaining steady production flow, safely maneuvering pallet jacks, and following instructions carefully.

Material Handler Primary Responsibilities include:

Your main responsibility is the timely staging and replenishment of raw materials and parts directly to active assembly and production lines.

• Line Stocking & Replenishment: Transport and stage raw materials, parts, and supply bins to production lines to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing workflow.
• Pallet Jack Operation: Safely operate manual pallet jacks to transport staged materials, pallets, and containers across the shop floor.
• Material Movement & Staging: Unload incoming parts, organize raw material staging areas, and remove finished product loads from line stations.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep production aisles, staging zones, and line supply areas clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.
• Instruction Following: Listen attentively to supervisor directions and strictly follow material staging requests and plant safety guidelines.

Material Handler Requirements include:

• Work History Stability: Must show a record of job reliability, averaging at least 8 months or more per position on your resume.
• Material Handling / Warehouse experience: This is not a forklift operator position — must be comfortable using manual pallet jacks to move materials.
• Physical Capabilities: Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, twist, and maneuver continuously for up to 8 hours per day, with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs. regularly.
• Work Ethic & Values: Looking for honest, trustworthy, and hard-working individuals with a positive, team-first attitude.
• Instruction & Reliability: Ability to follow verbal/written directions, maintain attention to detail, and demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
