What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Lead clinical programming and provide high-quality ABA services
• Supervise and mentor RBTs
• Partner with families to support meaningful progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through case reviews and team meetings
