Night Auditor

We are seeking a full-time Night Auditor to join our team. This role accommodates guests during overnight hours, manages front desk operations, completes night auditing and shift reporting, and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency. The Night Auditor reports to the Front Office Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform night auditing and complete shift reports
• Register guests and assign rooms
• Confirm and manage phone and online reservations
• Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
• Process payments and collect payment from departing guests
• Maintain accurate records of occupied rooms and guests
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or a related field
• Ability to build rapport with guests
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in hotel night auditing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of night audit procedures
• Experience with cash handling
• Customer service experience
