Genesis Edge Management Inc. is looking for individuals with strong communication skills and a positive attitude to join our growing retail sales team!
If you enjoy interacting with people, learning new skills, and working in an active environment, this could be a great opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience.
This is a full-time, in-person retail sales position focused on face-to-face customer interactions, product presentations, and new customer acquisition inside retail locations.
Previous sales experience is not required. Training is provided.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage with potential customers inside retail locations
- Introduce products and services through face-to-face sales interactions
- Explain product features, benefits, and available offers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Answer questions and assist customers with purchasing decisions
- Generate new customer sales and enrollments
- Work toward individual and team sales objectives
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
