Reports To: Accounting Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Data Clerk. The ideal candidate

possesses an exceptional eye for detail and thrives in an environment requiring high

precision. Responsible for processing transactions and ensuring data integrity across all

internal software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Input financial transactions, invoices, and receipts into accounting

software daily

• Inventory: Weekly office supply inventory management; monthly inventory count

cycle and reconciliation support

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist with incoming material verification and data

entry and verify customer invoices for accuracy

• Customer Interaction/Support: Assist customers with questions related to

invoices or document requests

• Error Detection: Audit data entries to flag, investigate, and correct discrepancies

immediately

• Record Keeping: Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all

financial related document

• Reporting: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly data reports

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry (a plus if relevant to

bookkeeping, document examination/auditing or accounting support roles)

• Education: High school diploma required

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suite
