Enrollment Specialist / Outbound Sales / New Sales Welcome!

Seeking driven, goal-oriented professionals to join a growing digital payments team in Phoenix. In this role, you'll connect with businesses to help them transition to secure electronic payment solutions that streamline insurance claim payments and improve cash flow.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (100% Onsite)

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM or 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000 annual base salary
• Target commission earnings of $45,000 annually
• Six-figure income potential

• Top performers regularly earn $8,000-$10,000+ per month in commissions

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 55-65 outbound calls daily to businesses regarding available insurance-related payment opportunities
• Introduce and explain electronic payment options, including ACH and virtual card solutions
• Educate business partners on the advantages of digital payments, including faster access to funds
• Address questions and overcome objections to drive enrollment participation
• Verify and update contact information to ensure accurate outreach efforts
• Document customer interactions, enrollment activity, and account details within Salesforce
• Meet established performance goals related to call activity, enrollment conversions, quality standards, and productivity metrics
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience throughout every interaction

Qualifications

• Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales, business development, telemarketing, call center sales, or a similar customer-facing sales role preferred
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Resilient, motivated, and results-driven with a competitive mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a metrics-based environment
• Coachable and open to ongoing feedback and professional development
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is a plus
