RN Weekend Supervisor - The Madison Health and Rehab - 8 hour shift

The RN Weekend Supervisor at The Madison Health and Rehab provides clinical leadership and operational oversight for a mixed resident population during weekend coverage. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role emphasizes resident care and assessments, medication oversight, staff coordination, and incident and risk management. Weekend coverage is scheduled every weekend or on alternating weekends, as assigned.

$33.50 per hour

8 hour shift minimum

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend clinical and operational activities.
• Conduct resident assessments and support quality resident care.
• Oversee medication administration and related processes.
• Coordinate staff and assign shifts to maintain appropriate coverage.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation.
• Communicate resident conditions and care needs with physicians.
• Provide timely updates to residents’ families.
• Report and manage incidents and support risk-management efforts.

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
