Laminate Installer / Woodworking Fabricator | Las Vegas, NV

Nexeo Staffing is hiring a Laminate Installer / Woodworking Fabricator for a custom fabrication shop in Las Vegas. If you have experience with laminate, cabinets, countertops, furniture, woodworking, finish carpentry, or power tools, we want to hear from you.

Trade show experience is NOT required.

You'll work with custom-built cabinets, counters, furniture, and displays, applying and finishing laminate to create a clean, professional finished product.

Responsibilities

• Apply laminate to countertops, cabinets, counters, furniture, and custom-built fixtures
• Measure, cut, fit, trim, glue, and finish laminate
• Use routers, table saws, miter saws, screw guns, and glue sprayers
• Read a tape measure and follow basic drawings and measurements
• Perform finishing work after cabinets and structures have been built
• Assist with custom woodworking and fabrication projects
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe shop environment

Qualifications

• Comfortable using routers, saws, screw guns, and other power tools
• Able to accurately use a tape measure
• Basic woodworking, carpentry, cabinetry, laminate, or fabrication experience
• Able to follow measurements, drawings, and instructions
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must be able to understand work and safety instructions in English
• Trade show or exhibit-building experience is a plus, not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are welcome

Pay

$23.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
