Customer Service Associate

Outstanding opportunity for customer service/marketing oriented person. Position is for 4-5 months starting in early November.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience dealing directly with customers.
• Hospitality experience strongly preferred, with a strong emphasis on personalized service, relationship building, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Proficient in Word, Canva, and PowerPoint plus strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

DUTIES:

Customer Service and Communication

• Welcome Packages for new tenants.
• Tenant correspondence on events and activities.

Event Planning

• Help organize monthly events.
• Keep record of all event attendance, and feedback.

Marketing Materials

• Assist with organizing and distributing a monthly newsletter.
• Manage website.
• Create and distribute news and events.
• Design flyers and graphics for upcoming events/promotions.
