Maintenance Associate

A hotel maintenance person will perform various tasks like general maintenance, preventive and emergency maintenance of the hotel. Generally, hotel maintenance is done in guest rooms, parking lots, restrooms, exterior of hotel, etc.

A high amount of operational skills are required to know maintenance jobs like repairing, use of equipment, some engineering work, etc. Must be able to perform tasks like repairing of various equipment and materials, replacement of electronics, painting, cleaning, maintaining swimming pool and wiring work.

Ability to handle stressful working situations, interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with supervisors, peers and guests are a must.

Need to be able to keep a check on all safety equipment.

Ability to refurbish furniture, doors, windows, counters, and repairing and/or replacing of sheetrock is preferred.

Customer service skills are a requirement.
