Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Accounting Manager with 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting in a small-business environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, and general ledger.
• Oversee vendor invoices, payments, customer billing, and collections.
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, banking activity, and credit card transactions.
• Oversee prepaid expenses, accruals, and annual 1099 reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Improve accounting procedures and oversee accounting staff as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong full-cycle accounting knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Experience with AP, AR, general ledger, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with month-end/year-end close and financial statements.
• Previous accounting leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
