About the Role:
Point Healthcare Services in Renton, WA is looking for a passionate and driven Outreach Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in connecting our community with the healthcare services they need, making a real difference in people's lives every day.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase awareness of healthcare services
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and local organizations
- Conduct presentations and educational events to promote available healthcare programs
- Identify and engage underserved populations to connect them with appropriate care resources
- Track and report outreach activities, metrics, and outcomes to leadership
- Collaborate with internal clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient referrals
- Represent Point Healthcare Services at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in community outreach, healthcare marketing, sells, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse populations
- Knowledge of local Renton/King County community resources and healthcare landscape preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet outreach goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or outreach tracking tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community visits
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
