Motorcoach Driver - CDL & Passenger Endorsement Required

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, dependable Motorcoach Driver to transport passengers safely and reliably to scheduled destinations. This role requires a strong commitment to passenger safety, excellent customer service, and the ability to operate motorcoaches in compliance with company policies and applicable transportation regulations.

The ideal candidate has experience operating buses, motorcoaches, or other passenger transportation vehicles and takes pride in providing a safe, comfortable, and professional travel experience. A valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a passenger endorsement is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate motorcoaches while transporting passengers to scheduled destinations.
• Follow assigned routes, schedules, and trip instructions while maintaining punctuality.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the motorcoach is safe and road-ready.
• Ensure passengers board and exit safely and provide professional, courteous service throughout each trip.
• Follow all applicable traffic laws, company safety procedures, and transportation regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, passenger needs, and unexpected issues.
• Monitor vehicle condition and promptly report mechanical problems or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate trip records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable for passengers.
• Respond calmly and professionally to passenger questions, schedule changes, and unexpected situations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with a passenger endorsement required.
• Previous experience operating motorcoaches, charter buses, tour buses, or other passenger transportation vehicles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and applicable transportation regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow schedules, directions, and dispatch instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in changing traffic and road conditions.
• Willingness to complete required vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driving records.
• Clean and responsible driving history, subject to applicable company requirements.
• Flexibility to accommodate assigned routes and schedules as needed.
