As an Account Representative, you will:

- Use your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to communicate directly with customers.
- Identify customer needs and market products or services that maximize value.
- Assist in developing strategies and establishing sales quotas for the office.
- Support day-to-day business operations, including lead follow-up and scheduling.
- Collaborate with team members to meet business objectives.
- Participate in local events and networking activities to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives that promote office growth.
- Communicate product information and help customers review available options.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to daily activities.
- Sales experience preferred (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing).
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to customers.
- State insurance licenses.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
