Insurance Customer Service Rep / CSR

Our client is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative / CSR with experience in healthcare or health insurance to assist members.

This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity where you will earn up to $22.00 per hour based on your experience. You will work daytime hours Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or 7:30am-4:30pm. Plus, enjoy good benefits once hired on permanently.

Some of your responsibilities as a CSR include:

• Answering incoming calls
• Maing outbound calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Documenting client information into database
• Problem solving
• Being a subject matter expert with insurance products

To qualify for the CSR position, you must have a customer service - call center background and the following:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent working experience
• Knowledge of Windows PC applications
• Ability to learn new computer systems
• One (1) year of customer service experience and/or 1 year of office, call center, or phone support experience preferred
