Wire Harness Assembler - Now Hiring

A growing aerospace and defense manufacturing company is hiring Wire Harness Assemblers for a clean, climate-controlled production environment in Centennial, CO. Pay: $24.00 - $34.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Location: Centennial, CO

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies using blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform soldering, crimping, wire termination, and connector installation
• Cut, strip, and prepare wire and cable for assembly
• Install labels, heat shrink, ty-wraps, and other components
• Operate stripping machines and various hand tools
• Complete production documentation and quality records
• Inspect materials and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Follow IPC-620 and Mil-Spec workmanship standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications

• Previous experience in wire harness assembly, cable assembly, electronic assembly, or manufacturing
• Experience with soldering and crimping preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Comfortable using hand tools and mechanical tools
• Ability to stand, sit, or move throughout the shift
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Preferred Experience

• IPC-620, IPC-610, or J-STD certifications
• Aerospace, defense, electronics, or electromechanical assembly experience
• Cable assembly or harness board experience
• Blueprint and schematic interpretation

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $34.00/hr.
